LIMITED WARRANTY
Pertains to all item codes beginning with ET-
Wooden Mallet warrants that its products shall be free from defects
in original material and workmanship for a period of one year from
the original shipment date. This warranty shall not apply to normal
wear and tear or in the event products are damaged as a result of
misuse, abuse, vandalism, neglect, accident, improper application,
and modification or repair by persons not authorized by Wooden
Mallet. Wooden Mallet will, at its discretion, repair or replace any
defects. Any repair or replacement must be approved in advance by
the factory before any action is taken. There are no implied
warranties of fitness or merchantability, and there are no other
express warranties beyond the warranties expressed here. First

Datum Filing Systems
LIFETIME PRODUCT - 5 YEAR LABOR*
Pertains to all item codes beginning with WW and QS
Datum Filing Systems warrants to the original purchaser for the life
of the product so long as original purchaser is the owner and
possessor of the product that the product will be free of any defect
in materials or workmanship. Datum Filing Systems will provide, for
a period of five years from the date of shipment, free of charge,
all labor at the location of the product to repair or replace any
part of the product that fails because of such defect. After five
years from date of shipment, labor will not be provided. All parts
will be provided for the life of the product so long as all
requirements are met as set forth in this warranty. This warranty
does not include defects to the product resulting from accident,
misuse, improper installation or operation, normal wear, neglect,
unauthorized repair or alteration. The purchase of this product
shall constitute purchaser’s agreement that the sole remedy for any
breach of warranty shall be such repair or replacement as expressly
provided above. Datum Filing Systems in no event shall be liable for
any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or
inability to use the product for any purpose whatsoever. First

The Omnimed Guarantee... You
Must be Satisfied. Products manufactured by OMNIMED, Inc. are
guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship, provided
the specific equipment is used as recommended. This guarantee shall
not apply to any equipment which has been damaged, misused, repaired
or altered outside our factory without our authorization. Dents,
scratches and bent parts are considered normal wear and tear and do
not apply.
5 Years: Glove Box Holders, Wall Storage Cabinets (excluding
keys and locks), Medical Record Drop Box and Wall Desks (excluding
gas springs, keys and locks - 1 year), Computer Work Stations and
Medcessity Desk (excluding lock and cylinder - 1 year)
3 Years: Economy Narcotic Cabinets (excluding keys and locks
- 1 year), Wall Pockets and Poly Chart Dividers
1 Year: Keys and
Locks, Gas Springs and Rings,
90 Days: Products not listed above except for disposable
products which are not guaranteed. Repaired or replaced merchandise
is covered under the balance of the original guarantee. Example: If
a stainless steel narcotic cabinet is repaired in its seventh year,
it will have the balance of the ten year warranty which would be
three years. Omnimed Inc. reserves the option at its sole
discretion to repair, replace or issue a refund to the purchaser in
the amount of the original purchase price. Only factory authorized
returned goods will be accepted. This guarantee is in lieu of all
other obligations or liabilities and it neither assumes nor
authorizes any person to assume any other obligation in connection
with the sale of its products. Our guarantee gives you specific
legal rights, however, you may have other rights which will vary
from state to state. Product replacement reverts to original invoice
date. Invoice receipts or copies must accompany returned products.
