We can meet you on-line via GoToMeeting.com  We can share your desktop and even control your PC remotely if you allow. We are available Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time, excluding Holidays. This service is considered phone support and is covered in your Annual Phone Support Agreement. If you do not have annual phone support, our normal hourly rates will apply.
