         Symptoms

  This can occur when processing after polling, when entering the configure employee screen, when editing an employee's time or when running a report

 

         Applies To

  TA100Pro\GenesisPro

 

         Cause

  Forecasting is turned on

 

         Resolution

  Go to the Express Time System website and download the latest version. If you are on the latest version (3.03a for TA100Pro or 9.03a for GenPro) you can run the fix that is documented below.

If you are already on version 3.03a or 9.03a here is what you will need to do:

  1. Make sure that everyone logs out of Genesis Pro / TA100 Pro.
     
  2. Download the appropriate file below for your program onto your computer.
    Using WinZip or a similar program extract the file to your desktop.
     
  3. Find out where your Genesis Pro is installed.
    Right-Click your Gen Pro / TA100 Pro icon and select Properties.
    A Properties window will open, click shortcut tab,
    look in the Target and Start in boxes for your drive letter and folder name.
    ** Make note of the Drive letter and folder name.
     
  4. Run or open the Forecasting Fix for 903a (Genesis Pro).exe or Forecasting Fix for 303a (TA100PRO).exe.
     
  5. During the install process it will ask you where you would like to install the update.
    Using the information from step 2 Click the Browse button and locate that file, then Click Next.
     
  6.  You will notified when the install is complete. Click the OK button and you are finished.
